Warwick offers a range of appointments for clients:

For existing clients:

Standard Consultation - Concession:

Are you:

• Under 18?
• A pensioner?
• Tertiary student?
• Health care card holder?

If yes to any of these, you are eligible to book for a standard consultation concession appointment.

DVA Consultation:

Do you have DVA documentation?
Then you are eligible for a DVA consultation.

EPC / CDM Consultation:

Are you an existing client WITH current and valid EPC documentation from a GP?
Then you are eligible for an EPC consultation.

Standard Consultation:

Have you said 'no' to the above questions?

Then you are eligible for a Standard Consultation.

For new clients:

New Patient Consultation - Concession:

Is this your first time with Warwick?

AND:

• Under 18?
• A pensioner?
• Tertiary student?
• Health care card holder?

If this is your first appointment AND you 'yes' to any of the above, you are eligible to book for a New Patient Consultation-Concession appointment.

New Patient Consultation:

First time seeing Warwick but said 'no' to the above questions?

Then you are eligible for a New Patient Consultation.

Please note EPC/CDM appointments cannot be initial appointments.

New patient appointments with Warwick are 60 minutes.

Even as a new patient, you are able to book your appointment online. There are two options available:

• New Patient Consultation
• New Patient - Concession

Please note: 

New patients require a 60 minute initial appointment. If you are unable to find a suitable New patient appointment time, please contact us. 

New patients are required to fill out a new patient form, so please ensure you arrive 10-15 minutes earlier to help ensure you can receive the most out of your appointment.
